We are a group of artists that are part of Marea Granate, a transnational movement formed by Spanish migrants involved in social justice. Mixing our talents, skills and concerns, we are a multidisciplinary team and we have organized several street actions in NYC. We use poetic and journalistic ways to rise awareness of what we think are urgent social problems, and to explore different types of narratives and storytelling possibilities.
HOME IS NOT IN THE AIR is a video-performance we did at The Queens Museum of Art. It consisted on a video projection of our street actions about the right to housing followed by a performance in which we draw and undraw an apartment floor plan on the floor of the museum.
